Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Flowisma, acting as the data controller, processes the personal data it collects through this website and the Flowisma Resto platform for the purposes set out in this policy.
What Data We Collect
We process the name, email, phone and business information you share when you fill out a demo request, sign-up or contact form; and, for employees of businesses using the platform, the name, phone and role information entered during account creation.
Processing Purposes
Your data is processed for the establishment and performance of the membership agreement, provision of the service, support and communication activities, and fulfilment of legal obligations. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent; it is stored only with the infrastructure providers (hosting, database) required to deliver the service.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing.
